Happy New Year!
It has been a long time since I posted on this little corner of the internet, nearly two years in fact! A lot has changed since then – I no longer work in London or for a food magazine. It was a tough decision to make, and I do miss food publishing, but working closer to home means I have a better work-life balance, which hopefully will mean I can spend more time cooking and updating this blog. So, if anyone is still reading this, please bear with me, as I will be back very soon with regular posts.
